Hello my name is Yahnah Uchehara. A little background about my recent pregnancy is that I got pregnant with my fourth baby precisely 2 months after giving birth to my third. As mothers we all know how taxing pregnancy can be on our bodies. After carrying twins and a singleton full term, my body was feeling a lot more tired with my fourth baby. Delivering my second child unexpectedly at 24 weeks was one of the most challenging experiences of my life.
